Concord University's 123-acre, residential campus, located in Athens, West Virginia, is fondly regarded as “The Campus Beautiful” for its picturesque natural setting. The campus is situated in the heartland of outdoor adventures on the east coast.

Most students qualify for some type of financial aid, and the campus prides itself on offering a great education at an affordable price for all students. Concord offers a variety of housing options including suite and traditional resident halls, and a limited number of apartments.
